Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally respected banking institution, known for its innovation, integrity, and high-performance culture, to appoint a Learning Experience, Training Facilitation & Design and/or Delivery VP/SM.

This is a newly created invidivual contributor role, offering a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-impact global team in a strategic and hands-on capacity based in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Learning based in another region, this role sits within a global design and delivery team, not aligned to specific business divisions, but instead operating as a flexible, high-performing unit that supports enterprisewide learning needs across front office (e.g. Investment Banking) and corporate functions.

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating innovative, high-impact learning experiences that drive capability development, performance, and engagement across the region and globally.

In this role, you will facilitate dynamic, engaging, and outcomedriven learning sessions for employees and leaders across multiple geographies. You will also design and deliver innovative, scalable learning experiences using a blend of digital, experiential, and inperson methodologies. You will partner closely with global stakeholders & global HR BPs to understand business needs and translate them into impactful learning strategies and solutions. Lead the end-to-end design of learning programs, from needs analysis and stakeholder engagement to content creation, delivery, and evaluation. Act as a thought partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to cocreate learning journeys that align with strategic priorities. Contribute to the evolution of the global learning strategy, bringing fresh thinking, creativity, and a learner-centric mindset.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong facilitation skills, design expertise, and the ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced, matrixed environment. You will be part of a small, agile global team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

You will be an accomplished global and / or regional Learning & Training VP and / or Senior Manager with a track record operating in a global financial services organization based in Singapore. You will have proven experience in learning design and facilitation. You will also have creative and innovative learning solutions with a strong track record of delivering impactful learning programs across diverse audiences and geographies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are required, with a proactive, consultative approach and the ability to thrive in both strategic and hands-on work.

Why Apply?

This is a unique opportunity to shape the learning experience for a global banking group leader. You’ll work with passionate professionals in a culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and long-term growth, while contributing to a global team that is redefining how learning is designed and delivered across the enterprise at a regional and international level.
