Payroll Consultant – £60-75K – 3 month assignment (likely to extend) – Liverpool Street

My client is a financial services firm.

Currently they are seeking a Payroll Consultant to come in who is proficient on ADP IHCM and has ideally worked within the financial services sector.

This role will include –

• coming in and assessing the current payroll processes and framework
• making recommendations for improvement
• looking at ways to elevate the payroll function
• managing the BAU encompassing 450 employees
• some exposure to compensation and rewards duties
• coming into the office 3 days per week (not negotiable)
