Reward Manager (Compensation)

London | Hybrid working | Fixed-term contract | £80,000-£100,000

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Reward Manager, with a strong focus on compensation, on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on compensation specialist to join during a period of significant international growth. The organisation is expanding across several key markets, with particular momentum in India, and requires additional reward expertise to support increased hiring activity, evolving compensation structures and the delivery of annual reward processes.

Working closely with the Head of Compensation EMEA, the Reward Manager will provide trusted operational support across the India, UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe. This is a highly visible role that will suit someone who enjoys combining technical compensation expertise with pragmatic stakeholder partnering and high-quality delivery.

About the role

The successful individual will act as a safe pair of hands for a busy regional compensation function, supporting both business-as-usual activity and wider reward projects. The role will be particularly focused on market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluation, pay positioning and annual compensation review activity across a complex, international population.

Key responsibilities include:

· Supporting compensation activity across the India, UK, Ireland and Continental Europe.

· Undertaking job evaluation, salary benchmarking and market pricing for new and existing roles.

· Advising hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition on pay positioning and compensation recommendations.

· Supporting international hiring programmes, particularly across India.

· Preparing for and contributing to annual compensation review processes.

· Working with external market data and benchmarking tools, including McLagan or equivalent datasets.

· Providing compensation insight and analysis to support senior stakeholder decision-making.

· Supporting wider reward projects and strategic compensation initiatives as required.

About you

We are looking for an experienced compensation or reward professional who is comfortable operating at Reward Manager level and enjoys taking ownership of operational delivery. Strong compensation experience within a complex organisation is essential, alongside excellent analytical capability and confidence working with salary benchmarking data.

Experience supporting India would be particularly valuable, given the scale of growth and complexity of the compensation landscape in that market. Financial services experience would also be beneficial, although candidates from technology, professional services, international corporates or other organisations with substantial Indian workforces will also be of interest.

You will ideally bring:

· Strong compensation experience gained within a complex, international organisation.

· Excellent salary benchmarking, market pricing and analytical skills.

· Experience supporting annual compensation review cycles.

· International reward exposure, ideally including India.

· Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise on pay-related decisions.

· Commercial judgement and the ability to balance structure, pace and pragmatism.

· The ability to work autonomously and quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders.

· A collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to support across both strategic and operational reward activity.

Why apply?

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced compensation professional to join a high-quality international reward function at a busy and important point in its growth journey. You will gain exposure to complex international compensation activity, support a fast-scaling India agenda and work closely with senior HR and business stakeholders across multiple regions.

This would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, trusted and close to the business, and who can quickly add value in a fast-moving, international environment.
