About the Company
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an international listed business that operates veterinary services. This is a newly created role based in Sydney (or Melbourne + Brisbane) with regular travel around Australia. This is a strategic and operational HR role in a fast-growing business of around 1,000 vets and nurses.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist role providing guidance and coaching on everything from ER, to OD and employee experience. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be crucial in developing and influencing people related initiatives and activities closely aligned to short and long term priorities. The main responsibilities include:
- Strategic HR: Support the development and execution of national HR strategies aligned with business goals and values, driving organisational effectiveness and cultural alignment.
- People Planning & Talent Development: Design and implement state-wide People Plans focused on talent pipelines, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching: Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR insights, coach operational leaders, and build leadership capability to foster high-performing, accountable teams.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data and technology to deliver robust HR reporting, track KPIs, and enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
- Change & Transformation: Lead key HR projects and oversee the implementation of new systems and processes to support organisational change, enhance service delivery, and improve operational efficiency.
- Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing: Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and compliance, embedding these principles into the business culture.
- Performance & Talent Management: Drive clarity of goals and expectations, align performance with business outcomes, and oversee initiatives to identify, develop, engage, and retain high-potential talent.
- HR Governance & Best Practice: Ensure consistency and quality in HR policies, governance, and compliance, while proactively benchmarking and implementing best practices to strengthen people strategies.
About You
This is a great opportunity for a confident and commercial HR professional who has proven business partnering capability, strong influencing skills at the Exec level and comfortable with fast-paced growth and M&A. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level, implementing HR strategies and connecting this with the overall business strategy to people and operations plans.
- Proven experience influencing stakeholders, shaping strategies and challenging the status quo
- Strong Business Acumen, pragmatism & commercial mind set with experience analysing data and metrics.
- Significant experience of leading transformational change and ideally related to post-acquisition integration.
- Experience leading HR Programmes and initiatives including talent management and employee engagement
This is a permanent role paying $180,000 – $200,00 + Super. Starting ASAP.
