Temporary Recruiter – Global Management Consultancy (Hybrid | Midtown NYC)

Pay Rate: $45-$60/hour

Duration: 6 months; possible temp-perm

Our client, a leading global management consulting firm, is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to drive hiring efforts across its high-growth U.S. divisions. This newly created role reflects the firm’s commitment to expanding its U.S. recruiting function and will be part of a close-knit, 3-person local team, integrated within a broader global talent organization.

The Recruiter will support endend hiring across the U.S., with a strong focus on consulting roles. This is an exciting opportunity to shape recruiting strategy in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Qualifications:

*5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house roles

*Proven success in sourcing top-tier talent, particularly within financial services or consulting

*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

*High energy, proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach
