Laras is part of our international HR executive search practice covering Europe with a particular focus on France. With an established background in mid to senior-level recruitment across Europe and Asia, she brings a wide range of experience working across various sectors internationally. Accompanied by her multi-cultural background, having grown up in Jakarta, lived 12 years in Japan and worked in the UK, Laras offers a unique understanding of cultural differences, a global mindset and cross-regional relationships. The latter enables her to accompany clients and candidates to find the best match in the HR international market. She is also trilingual in English, Indonesian, and Japanese.
