We’re seeking a sharp, agile, and well-spoken Benefits Associate to join a dynamic HR team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Open Enrollment Management: Lead and execute annual open enrollment processes, including communications, system updates, and employee support.
  • Well-Being Initiatives: Design and promote wellness programs that enhance employee health, engagement, and productivity.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external benefits vendors to ensure optimal service delivery, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cost Analysis & Reporting: Analyze benefits utilization and costs, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • HSA/FSA Administration: Oversee Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, ensuring accurate setup, compliance, and employee education.
  • Employee Support: Address benefits-related inquiries with clarity and empathy, serving as a trusted resource for employees.
  • Leave of Absence (LOA) Coordination: Manage LOA processes including FMLA, parental leave, and disability claims in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Benefits Technology Proficiency: Utilize and optimize HRIS and benefits platforms to streamline operations and enhance user experience.

💼 Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Strong understanding of HSA/FSA, LOA, and wellness program management
  • Proven experience with benefits technology platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar)
  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
  • Professional presence with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with discretion
