Benefits Manager or Director
Our client, a boutique financial services firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut, is seeking a skilled and hands on Benefits Manager or Director to serve in a total rewards capacity for the firm (currently 170 employees with staff in multiple states). In addition to the day to administration of a robust benefits program (including retirement and health & welfare), this individual will be an expert in leave policies, and have the capacity to contribute the design and evolution of the reward function, as its head. Working closely with the firm’s Head of People, this opportunity also affords a well-suited individual the chance to become involved in compensation analysis and planning. While this position is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, it could grow in the long term and there are supporting resources available for leave processing.
This position will require 2 days per week in-office in their Connecticut location. The ideal hire will possess strong presentation skills and enjoy interacting and influencing at the leadership level, while being close to all staff. A dynamic, visible, and rewardingly unique role, you’ll be able to head the Total Rewards function at an organization that is still in exciting start-up mode yet has stable and prestigious roots within their industry. This position will pay a base salary of $160-190K, with a competitive bonus and exceptional benefits and perks.
