Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the graduate talent strategy aligned with business and client needs.
- Lead innovative attraction and branding campaigns to enhance market presence.
- Design and oversee client-centric graduate programmes, including international secondments.
- Champion fair, data-driven selection and assessment processes.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, industry bodies, and senior stakeholders.
