Employee Benefis Consultant – International
Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a market leading and highly reputable financial services company. We’re looking to secure a senior benefits professional to lead a benefits review, design and transformation project. The main goal of this 6-9 month assignment is to ensure employee benefits alignment across their regions and the UK offering. The project looks at 6+ sites across Europe and Asia and will create better alignment globally. Responsibilities will include:
- Deep dive and review of the benefits offerings across EMEA and APAC.
- Liaising with and evaluating the brokers.
- Reviewing global benefits and seeing how these practically work in the different jurisdictions.
- Ensure appropriate compliance and governance across countries.
- Automating and streamlining processes where appropriate.
- Project managing, ensure all timelines and budgets are appropriately set and adhered to.
- Effectively partnering with local Office Manager and stakeholders across the HR team.
- Create better alignment and centralisation of benefits globally.
- Complete benchmarking exercises and ensure offerings are competitive and relevant.
- Deliver solutions and propositions for what the benefits framework and policies should look like across geographies.
- Introduction of any new benefits and production and delivery of employee communications.
To be considered for this role you’ll need to be operating at Benefits Manager or Senior Consultant level and be experienced with international employee benefits (EMEA and APAC ideally). You should have examples of completing benefits projects of a similar nature previously. You should have exposure to benefits review, implementation and harmonisation/centralisation work. It’s essential that you can project manage and effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels. This is a polished high caliber business that needs a candidate of the same ilk. You should be a proactive problem solver that can brings a wealth of international benefits experience to the role to effectively review the company’s existing benefits offering and propose appropriate enhancements.
The role will offer a competitive day rate and be for a duration of 6-9 months, depending on how the project goes. The company is happy to offer remote working but you must be UK based and be able to travel to London around twice per month for meetings.
