Employee Relations Lead – Technology
We are delighted to be engaged to support a leading global Technology company that is building a brand-new Employee Relations & Investigations team based in Singapore to support the region across APAC.
Reporting to the International Head of Employee Relations, this individual will be responsible for independently managing up to circa 10 complex ER cases across APAC at a time, working closely with the Leadership team, HR BP’s, legal etc in a collaborative, busy and varied position. Alongside ER case management and investigations, you will also be responsible for ER projects across your respective business areas such as re-structures, policy related work, leveraging data and analytics to derive key insights.
