Compensation: 100k-120k base + bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a Partner in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow their skills while supporting both day-to-day executive operations and value-add projects. In addition to traditional EA responsibilities, this role will assist with research, special projects, and various ad hoc needs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage daily calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle inbox management, meeting prep, and follow-ups to keep the Partner organized and informed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Process expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks.
Research & Projects
- Conduct light research on industries, companies, people, and topics relevant to the Partner’s work.
- Compile summaries, briefings, and reports to support decision-making.
- Assist with presentation preparation, data gathering, and document creation.
- Support ad hoc projects ranging from operations to client-related initiatives.
Operations & Communication
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain organized systems for documents, files, and workflows.
- Manage occasional personal or household-related tasks as needed.
- Ensure overall smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and handle fast-paced work with professionalism.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
