Global HRBP

We are leading a search for a Global HRBP in NYC with a consumer goods brand embarking on a transformation within its operations. This role will support the organization’s global corporate functions.

Experience working in a very fast-paced global environment where priorities can shift is important. The role requires strong business acumen, transformation experience, and the ability to be hands-on, as well as influence international stakeholders.

We are exclusively retained by the client and looking for HR professionals from a consumer goods background, who lead with a business mindset, thrive in change, and are not afraid to pivot, as well as challenge ideas constructively while offering thoughtful, consultative influence.

On offer is a base salary, plus bonus and a hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site in Manhattan).
