This is a critical leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the global talent and learning agenda for a high-performing, relationship driven organisation.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of HR, this role will lead the global Talent & Learning function end-to-end, driving enterprise-wide strategies related to attraction, leadership capability, high-potential development, embedding a culture of continuous learning and growth.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering a cohesive talent and learning strategy that aligns with the firm’s business priorities, supports attraction and succession planning, and enhances organisational agility across a number of complex markets across the region.
This individual will have a proven track record of leading a global or regional talent and learning function within complex, matrixed financial services environments. You will be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for developing people and culture, with experience leading a sizeable team in regional or group HQ.
