Head of HR Business Partners – FS
Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a prestigious global financial services group to appoint the Head of HR Business Partners, based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer, this newly created role will play a critical part in shaping and leading the global HR business partnering strategy for corporate functions, including Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and HR.
The group operates within a fast-paced global matrix structure, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable leading a globally distributed HRBP team, partnering with senior executives across group and regional headquarters, and aligning with global HR Centres of Excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality HR solutions. This individual must be confident operating in a high-touch, quality-driven environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
A core focus of the role will be to drive strategic HR initiatives across organisational design, talent planning, succession, workforce strategy, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals, culture, and values, while tailoring solutions to meet local and functional needs across key international markets.
The ideal candidate will have a track record operating in senior HR business partnering roles within global financial services or multinational organisations. The individual will have proven expertise partnering with corporate function leaders at the executive level, leading international HR teams, and delivering impactful people strategies in complex, fast-paced environments. Experience working in group and regional headquarters roles will be highly advantageous, as will prior exposure to investment banking or buy-side environments. Exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
