We are partnering with a prestigious global management consulting firm with a strong presence across Southeast Asia, to appoint a Head of Regional Rewards & Executive Compensation Consulting (AP / Director level).

Based in Singapore, this high impact leadership role will oversee the firm’s Rewards Advisory & Exec Comp practice across key markets including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and beyond working as part of a global and regional leadership team.

This role is responsible for driving business development, client engagement, and delivery excellence across the region. You will work closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to shape and execute the firm’s rewards strategy, while leading a high-performing team of consultants and analysts across Southeast Asia.

In this role, you will:

Lead business origination and pipeline development across the region, working with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and craft compelling proposals for complex client needs.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Exec Comp & Reward Advisory, developing trusted relationships with C-suite clients and driving cross-sell opportunities across broader solutions.

Oversee the design and delivery of executive and broad-based compensation solutions, including long-term incentive plans, sales incentive structures, carried interest schemes, board retainers, and executive benchmarking.

Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to enhance lead generation and thought leadership, representing the firm at industry events and contributing to publications on pay, governance, and market trends.

Manage and mentor a regional team Reward & Exec Comp Consulting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, autonomy, and continuous development.

Quality project execution and client outcomes, deploying resources effectively and maintaining strong governance and commercial discipline.

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience in Rewards and Executive Compensation, with at least half gained in a professional services or consulting environment.

Deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets and client dynamics.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead from the front-conceptualizing, selling, and delivering complex solutions.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
