HR Advisor
Frazer Jones have partnered with a leading Law Firm on their new hire for an HR Advisor. This is an ideal role for a Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.
As the HR Advisor for you will play a crucial role in shaping their organisational culture, managing human resources functions, and ensuring the development and well-being of their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a background in Legal or related industries to make a significant impact on their growing organisation.
Salary £45,000-£55,000
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and implement effective training programs.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience in managing diverse and inclusive workplace environments.
