Role Overview:
This role partners closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a seamless approach to people management, employee relations, and organizational development. The HR Business Partner provides commercial HR solutions while fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnering:
- Business Partner with your aligned population and build excellent relationships internally.
- Develop and execute people strategies that support business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Influence change management initiatives, including acquisitions and transformation projects.
- Oversee compensation reviews and benchmarking within the business area.
Talent & Culture Development:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and resource management.
- Promote strong performance management and leadership development programmes.
- Embed HR policies ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Other:
- Design and interpret HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Present workforce trends to senior leadership to optimise business strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to advise senior leaders and manage complex people-related issues.
- Commercial acumen with experience in professional or financial services or regulated environments.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Qualified
