HR Business Partner

Our client is a global, mid-sized financial services firm seeking an HRBP. The role will join a small global team of HRBPs and will support the firm’s growing technology population. It is a true business partner role requiring well-rounded HR experience, exceptional communication skills and gravitas to effectively partner with a curious and engaged employee population. The HRBP will have COE partnership but must be comfortable in a high touch role running full ER, performance and other HR processes.

The firm is seeking relevant experience out of financial services or other regulated environments. The firm is hybrid (2 days in office) in central New Jersey.
