HR Business Partner
Our client, an award-winning fin-tech services firm (700+ employees worldwide) is seeking a Vice President (HRBP) to join their team in NYC. This hybrid role (2 days on-site in the Financial District) will pay a base up to around $180k, plus generous bonus, excellent benefits and an amazing company culture which genuinely feels like one big family.
This role will join a small global team of talented HRBP’s and will support the firm’s growing technology and risk populations. It is a true business partner role requiring well rounded HR experience, exceptional communication skills and gravitas to effectively partner with a curious and engaged employee population. The firm has a COE model, but given their size, their HRBP’s remain both hands-on and strategic and are involved in a number of exciting projects.
This hire must be comfortable in a broad employee life cycle role, running employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, investigations, coaching plans and many other HR processes. The firm is seeking relevant experience out of financial services or other regulated environments.
