HR Business Partner
£75,000 – £85,000 + bonus and benefits
Oxford / Hybrid 2-3 days in the office

Working for a UK business, this is an exciting opportunity to support a well known organisation as an HR Business Partner, you will work operationally 70% and strategically around 30% and enjoy partnering with stakeholders and supporting them and their teams with all HR initiatives, queries and projects.

DUTIES

  • Partner with a number of stakeholders to support all HR initiatives within their teams.
  • Work as part of a wider HR team and collaborate to embed the company values and culture
  • Have a focus on continuous improvement, development, succession planning and reward
  • You will lead on everything from performance to employee relations, reward, recruitment and policy being first point of contact
  • Work closely with senior level stakeholders to embed HR plans and initiatives within the teams and build a culture of success and engagement.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner role previously
  • Experience building relationships, culture, communication, collaboration and engagement with the business and stakeholder groups
  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience
  • Experience within a fast paced and ever changing environment and able to demonstrate change projects.
