Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading asset and wealth management firm in their search for an HR Business Partner who has good experience and a keen interest in Learning and Development.

This is a full-time permanent position based in the City, London, and is hybrid working (three days in office).

The HR Business Partner role is pivotal in leading the learning and development strategy, collaborating with the Head of HR and the business to align training programs with the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities include designing annual training plans, managing talent development programs, and assessing training providers’ suitability. Additionally, the role involves determining and executing recruitment requirements, maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, and enhancing the employer brand through various channels like the careers page and social media.

Another critical aspect of the role is managing information by creating, analysing, and presenting key metrics to the CEO, Board, and Executive Committee. This involves developing dashboards for recruitment, learning and development, and quarterly HR reports, among others.

The HR Business Partner is also involved in enhancing HR systems functionality, providing support to employees, and advising on employee relations issues, aligning behaviours with organizational values and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, the role encompasses policy review, compensation processes, and general HR support across various employee lifecycle stages. This includes providing input on induction, probation, and leave processes, supporting cyclical HR processes such as performance appraisals and remuneration reviews, and suggesting improvements to HR administration processes for enhanced service delivery.

Additionally, the HR Business Partner contributes to coaching and developing HR Assistants, ensuring payroll accuracy, mitigating HR risks, and meeting monitoring and audit requirements in a timely manner.
