Play a pivotal role in elevating the employee experience across four luxury London sites and Head Office, taking ownership of all HR and payroll operations while partnering closely with senior leaders. The Role

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR operations across multiple high‑performing sites
  • Act as the go‑to for all ER matters
  • Oversee monthly payroll via Fourth Hospitality
  • Own recruitment & onboarding across all levels, ensuring a world‑class experience
  • Champion right‑to‑work compliance, audits and people standards
  • Track mandatory training to maintain exceptional operational quality
  • Manage HR records, GDPR compliance and contract administration
  • Deliver people insights that shape culture and performance
  • Support new site openings, contributing to the brand’s growth journey
  • 4 days on‑site / 1 day WFH, with scope for additional flexibility in time
  • Central London base with travel across stunning London venues

About You

  • Background in multi‑site hospitality HR
  • Confident leading or overseeing payroll
  • Strong ER capability with a calm, solutions‑driven approach
  • Thrives in a standalone, multi‑site role
  • Polished, people‑centric and naturally collaborative
  • Loves being close to the operation and influencing culture
