What you’ll do:
- Lead and support a small team.
- Ensure accurate and efficient HR administration.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across People, Finance, and IT.
- Support projects including onboarding and policy updates.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in HR Shared Services or similar.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
