HR Shared Services Manager – Manufacturing
We are pleased to be partnering a renowned Singapore HQ manufacturing company, which has exponential growth plans, to appoint a HR Shared Services Manager.
Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, you will lead the HR operations team and will oversee all operational aspects of HR for Singapore. Using SuccessFactors, you will streamline processes and extract data to storytell to the wider business. Areas you will cover include compensation and benefits, and reporting, at the same time supporting, coaching, and mentoring the team. You will also be responsible for developing and driving service levels and the use of HR analytics and data to support decision making and drive further HR process improvements. You will be delivering an effective and efficient HR service to all business units, managers and employees achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and the highest quality in client delivery to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
You should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a HR Shared Services environment, with team lead experience (MNC ideally). Strong foundation of HR practices, legislations and trends is highly advantageous. You are a proven leader, an effective communicator and possess strong influencing skills. You are highly confident with exposure to senior management.
Critical: Experience in Manufacturing industry, team management and strong stakeholder management skills.
Location: Singapore
Compensation: salary up to SGD 100,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
