HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC
Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
We’re working with a fast-growing international technology business that’s undergoing a major transformation and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role supporting the UK business of circa 400 colleagues during a period of cultural and organisational change. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR initiatives, with a strong focus on employee relations, payroll, and change management.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a trusted advisor on ER matters including performance, absence, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries.
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and TUPE.
- Supporting compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Driving cultural rebuild, performance transition, and manager training.
- Using HR data and analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.
What we’re looking for
- Proven HRBP experience within the UK.
- Strong ER casework expertise and knowledge of UK employment law.
- Comfortable with transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- HRIS and payroll experience (HiBob ideal).
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Available with 1 months notice or less.
