HRBP

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a diverse portfolio of business areas within a professional services / Partnership environment. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide pragmatic, commercially focused people advice while helping to shape and deliver strategic HR initiatives.

A key aspect of the role will be leading on complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance on employment legislation, risk management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.

The role is based in the Central London offices 2 days a week, and has travel to offices outside of London on a regular basis.
