We are partnering with an international and innovative company that operates within the media and entertainment sector, becoming one of the biggest players in the industry worldwide.
They are looking for an HR Business Partner(m/f/d) who can support the opening of a new business function in Germany and the development of this into other european markets.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support and advise employees from the newly created business unit with approximately 150 employees.
- Partner with stakeholders and executives, extending tailored HR counsel emcopassing recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee employee concerns and offer guidance to business leaders on strategies for handling each situation effectively.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
Candidate’s profile
- Several years of experience as an HRBP in an international and growing company.
- Good understanding of German labour law and previous exposure to other markets in Europe, Middle East and/or Africa.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German C1.
- Experience in conceptual HR work, organizational development and project management.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
