Are you passionate about employee wellbeing and delivering industry leading benefits on a global scale? Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading professional services business on an exclusive basis to secure a new Benefits & Wellbeing Manager for their global benefits and reward function. This company has continuously been ranked as one of the top firms in their field globally and boast one of the most comprehensive benefits offerings that we’ve seen on the market. The company prides itself on its career development opportunities and collaboration. My team and I have previously placed a number of reward professionals into this business with exceptional candidate feedback.

As the Benefits & Wellbeing Manager you’ll join a dynamic global benefits and wellbeing team, reporting to the Head of Benefits and having a dotted line to their Head of Wellbeing. 70% of your work will be delivering benefits programmes for the EMEA and APAC regions and 30% delivering global wellbeing initiatives, with the support of two Benefits Specialists. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering industry-leading health, welfare, and wellbeing programs for over 10 countries. You’ll act as a leading face for the benefits team, presenting to the business and being an avid ambassador and promotor of their wellbeing/benefits offering. Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and administration of the wellbeing platform across EMEA.
  • Develop innovative programs to expand and enhance the employee offerings.
  • Build strong partnerships with external vendors, negotiating and customising programs to fit our needs.
  • Partner with leadership to strategise on budget management, program structure, and future initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and cost analysis to ensure they’re offering competitive and effective benefits.
  • Talking to providers and building programs in Europe and Asia but incorporating them in to global initiatives.
  • Ongoing review of existing infrastructure to ensure fit for purpose.
  • Provide exceptional service to all lawyers and staff, answering questions and guiding them through various employment stages.
  • Stay up-to-date on local regulations and legal changes impacting employee well-being.

To be considered for this role you should have significant APAC or EMEA benefits experience or ideally both! You should have exposure to driving wellbeing initiatives but most important be highly enthusiastic and passionate about employee wellbeing. Ideally you will have worked within the professional services sector and have polished communication skills. We will only be looking at Benefits Managers with at least 5 years of years of experience in this field. You should have team management experience and be able to work in central London 3 days per week. You must have examples of delivering benefits projects and working with international stakeholders and vendors. You should be a proactive, independent but collaborative worker that has initiative to drive their benefits function continuously forward.

The role is offering a highly competitive salary and benefits offering. You’ll have hybrid working, joining a highly reputable firm and have the ongoing investment and buy-in to add value to their benefits and wellbeing offering globally. You’ll be joining a passionate and collaborative team that offer a highly attractive working environment with extensive career development opportunities. They have good tenure in the team and supportive framework. If you’re interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the reward market.
