Junior Analyst, Human Capital Group

Our elite Financial Services Firm Client seeks an entry-level Junior Analyst for its Human Capital Group in midtown NYC. Reporting to the Head of Global Mobility & Immigration, this role demands exceptional client service, problem-solving, and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment supporting a global team of 60 members. Responsibilities include managing and tracking employee immigration cases and intra-company transfers, liaising with external immigration counsel, proactively managing Global Mobility population, and contributing to firm-wide projects. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of experience, US immigration knowledge, excellent analytical and organizational skills, superior communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include international immigration knowledge, project management experience, and sensitivity to confidential matters.
