You’ll be the go-to person for all things L&D-designing and delivering impactful learning strategies, leading on succession planning, and making sure every team member has the tools and support to shine. You’ll also play a big part in shaping our culture, working closely with other teams to drive engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion. There’s a real opportunity here to make a difference, not just in what people learn, but in how they feel about their work and their future.
We’re after someone who’s confident, collaborative, and full of ideas-someone who knows their way around employment law, has a solid background in L&D, and ideally holds CIPD chartered status.
