Salary: 58-62k + target 10% bonus
Hybrid – 3 days in the office in Dallas, TX (required)
Our client, at a top talent partner of choice for businesses and highly skilled professionals, securing talent worldwide, is looking for a Payroll/Benefits Specialist.
We’re seeking candidates with 2-4+ years of experience in:
- Payroll processing for US employees with a volume close to 1600 employees amongst a team of 4
- Multi-state and federal payroll tax and regulations
- ADP Work Force Now and Time & Attendance
- Handling benefit renewals – December is open enrollment
- Giving presentations and benefits communications to employees
- Principal for 401k
- Basic admin for benefits
- Advanced Excel skills: vlookups, formulas, index/match
- Opportunity to train and learn payroll on a global level in UK, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Asia, Singapore, HK, China, etc.
