Regional HR Business Partner – FMCG (Contract)

An exciting FMCG firm is going through growth and expansion, and we are delighted to be partnering with them on a Regional HR Business Partner opportunity to be based in their Singapore office. We have met them and have been impressed. As part of continuing business needs, they are currently seeking a high calibre Regional HR Business Partner to join the team. Reporting to the HR Director, this position is accountable for taking care of strategic business partnering across 7 markets in APAC.

You should bring at least 6 years of business partnering experience in a fast paced and matrix environment. You should have a strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with stakeholders across all levels and geographical coverage effectively. You should also be adept at developing and executing insightful HR roadmaps and initiatives that align with the dynamic nature of the business. Strong consultancy skills are essential to effectively influence and advise a diverse leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring excellence within the HR organization. You are analytical and solutions-oriented individual with a foundation in customising and catering HR solutions and processes. You will manage HR projects and ensure optimal performance and engagement across all offices.

Working directly with senior business leaders, you will add genuine insight to the business and will develop a holistic understanding of the business, with many opportunities to demonstrate HR as a business enabler to the teams.

Critical: Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods / Hospitality / Retail / Luxury Retail industry, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: salary up to SGD 80,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
