Job Description

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, the Regional Talent Management Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the talent management function and leadership / learning programs across the countries. This role will be the primary architect of the talent framework and solutions that will be foundation to the continued success and growth of the business. You will create the overall strategy and road map to deliver on a robust talent and development agenda that is aligned with business needs; evaluate, design and execute programs as part of the Learning & Development initiatives; assess and transform performance management processes and systems that drive high performance and engagement throughout the organisation; drive and manage the talent review and succession planning; plan and execute the employee engagement survey, and help evaluate results and follow up with actions plans.

A fast-paced environment which will require a strong and resilient individual to drive a high-performance culture. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers – serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in aspect of talent development / management. Able to work independently, is proactive, and adaptable to changes or ambiguity.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Up to SGD 145,000 per annum + Bonus
