We’re partnering with an international technology-led organisation that is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. With operations across multiple markets and a highly international culture, the business is looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join on an interim basis and lead a number of high-profile reward initiatives across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an ongoing job architecture project, ensuring momentum is maintained, calibration discussions are facilitated effectively, and key milestones are delivered.
- Support the integration and harmonisation of job families and grading structures following a recent acquisition.
- Lead the annual compensation review process, working closely with HRIS and People Analytics teams.
- Work with Workday and project teams to support reward system changes and readiness activities.
- Support the organisation’s preparation for upcoming EU Pay Transparency requirements.
About You
You’ll bring a strong reward background and be comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders and driving projects forward in a complex international environment.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Previous Reward experience within an international or matrix organisation.
- Strong knowledge of job architecture and job evaluation methodologies, ideally Mercer.
- Experience managing annual pay review and compensation planning processes.
- Exposure to pay transparency initiatives and reward governance.
- Experience partnering with HR systems teams, particularly on Workday-related reward projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously.
What’s on Offer?
- 6-month assignment with an immediate start.
- FTC preferred, although experienced day-rate contractors will also be considered.
- Salary in the region of £70,000-£80,000 pro rata, or an equivalent day rate.
- Fully remote working available across the UK, with optional access to a Central London office for those who prefer a hybrid working environment.
