We are pleased to be partnering a European-headquartered multinational firm to appoint a Total Rewards Specialist into the Southeast Asia regional team. With a longstanding legacy spanning approximately two centuries, our client operates out of a global network of assets crosscutting various sectors. The business continues to be driven by the higher order goal of achieving sustainable practices despite boasting a workforce size exceeding 20,000 employees spread over more than 100 countries. To ensure that their rewards and workforce structures remain current/competitive as business in the region continues to scale rapidly, the client is looking for a dedicated Human Resources practitioner who can deliver such strategies in a relevant and consistent manner. This role is based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Regional Rewards Manager, the successful individual will assume responsibilities that extend across four key practice areas: i) compensation; ii) HR budgeting; iii) mobility and; iv) benefits. Compensation and workforce planning processes (e.g. running annual cycles including bonus, job grading, budgeting etc.) would make up the bulk of the portfolio, primarily through the use of various Workday tools. As part of the SEA Rewards team, you will collaborate and provide guidance to in-country HR colleagues on relevant matters. This role would likewise take cue from the global CoE team to implement process improvement projects for the region, such as leveraging on Cloud technologies to centralise and align Rewards practices across countries. Put simply, this role is both strategic and hands-on in nature.

The role will require someone with at least 3-5 years of compensation/Rewards experience, ideally with strong HR systems knowledge and having operated in multinational corporations. Knowledge of HR budgeting (e.g. staff cost analyses, manpower planning) is highly sought after. Due to the multifaceted nature of the job scope, the ability to partner multiple internal and external stakeholders, as well as build cooperative and strategic relationships would be key drivers of success.
