DUTIES

• The role of Senior HR Advisor will be to advise stakeholders and their teams on the full end to end employee lifecycle as well as lead on projects and take full accountability for all generalist HR work
• Identifying needs and finding solutions, you will build strong relationships and be the go to person for all needs, however, first line enquiries will be managed by the HR Advisors and escalated work will come through to you
• Being already a strong generalist and having worked in a Partnership environment previously, you will have a commercial approach to your work
• Responsible for talent and attraction, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, succession planning and talent development
• You will also manage ER cases end to end, continually looking to improve process with policy
• Manage performance issues with your Manager stakeholders and ensure strong framework is delivered to support
• This role will also identify and lead on projects

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A good generalist HR background gained in an HR Advisor role previously,
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience working in a Partnership business, ideally in Professional Services.
• A strong communicator, collaborator and relationship builder
• Able to work as part of a team have a commercial mindset and able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
