Senior HR Operations Associate
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Associate in HR Operations to join their team in Hong Kong. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage the end-to-end HR operations process and lead process improvement initiatives within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR operations cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in HR operations with a strong focus on process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally need someone with payroll transformation experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Workday
