Senior HRBP
I’m leading a search for a Senior HR Business Partner in NYC with a global technology organization embarking on a transformation within its US operations. This role is truly unique in its level of strategic focus.
The company is rebuilding its HR model from the ground up, separating all HR operations and HR strategy and talent work. This role will be 100% focused on partnering with leadership to drive business results and change and a number of talent initiatives. It reports into an extremely impressive international HR leader who would be phenomenal to learn from.
The role supports an exciting turnaround effort in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. It requires strong business acumen, transformation experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This is a commercial HR role at its finest!
We are exclusively retained by the client and looking for HR professionals who lead with a business mindset, thrive in change, and are not afraid to challenge ideas constructively while offering thoughtful, consultative influence. Experience outside of HR is highly valued.
On offer is a base salary in the region of $200k, plus bonus and a hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site in Manhattan).
