Exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in Hamburg with our client, a leading financial services firm, where you will be part of the HR Team responsible for payroll matters across Germany and Switzerland.
Payroll Manager (m/f/d) – Hamburg
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Independently prepare and execute payroll for a specified employee group.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees with inquiries related to payroll.
- Manage communications with social security institutions, authorities, and other relevant entities, overseeing the reporting and certification system.
- Take independent responsibility in projects to aid the ongoing development of systems and processes within HR.
Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training with previous experience in payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law, coupled with proficiency in MS Office and an inclination towards IT-related topics.
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
- Service mentality with outstanding teamwork and collaborative skills.
