We’re partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to appoint a Senior Reward Manager to take up a visible, relationship-led role, suited to someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and shaping how reward supports a high-performing, evolving business. Reporting to the Global Reward Director, you’ll collaborate closely on both day-to-day delivery and a number of forward-looking initiatives designed to modernise reward frameworks, enhance calibration, and better leverage technology and data.

This is an influential position with broad exposure across the firm. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for senior leaders in the UK, someone they turn to for clear, balanced and commercially grounded advice on reward and performance matters. Alongside ownership of core reward cycles, you’ll contribute to a series of transformation projects focused on refining how reward supports talent, performance and long-term business strategy.

Importantly, while the firm operates at the highest end of the legal market, they’re open to individuals from outside the legal sector, particularly those who have worked in complex, global, matrixed organisations and can bring fresh perspective.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of UK reward and performance cycles (pay review, bonus, benchmarking, benefits)
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on reward-related decisions
  • Partnering with the Global Reward Director to shape and implement evolving reward frameworks
  • Using data and insights to inform decisions and enhance programme effectiveness
  • Ensuring UK approaches align with global strategy while reflecting local market and regulatory context
  • Leading benefits strategy and ongoing optimisation
  • Supporting key transformation initiatives, including the use of reward technology and analytics
  • Coaching and developing junior team members

What you bring

  • Experience in reward within a global, matrixed environment (professional services helpful, but not essential)
  • A track record of delivering reward cycles and advising senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into clear, practical insight
  • A thoughtful, collaborative approach and the confidence to operate as a visible partner to the business
  • Interest in evolving reward practices and contributing to broader change initiatives

Why consider this role?

  • Visibility & profile: a genuine “go-to” role for senior leaders in a prestigious global firm
  • Partnership with leadership: direct collaboration with the Global Reward Director
  • Broader impact: involvement in shaping future reward strategy, not just delivering BAU
  • Fresh perspective welcomed: openness to candidates outside the legal sector
  • Culture of excellence: high-performing, quality-focused environment
  • Flexible working: typically 2-3 days in the office
  • Reward package: competitive base, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits

If you’re exploring your next step and would value a role that combines technical depth with stakeholder engagement and long-term impact, we’d be happy to have an initial conversation. Please contact Peter Francis at Frazer Jones
