Senior HR Business Partner & Talent Management Lead
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner and Talent Management leader to report directly to the CHRO. This is a true senior HRBP role, ideally suited to candidates from financial or professional services environments who have developed broad expertise across the full employee and talent lifecycle within a non-COE corporate model.
In this highly visible and impactful position, you will partner closely with senior leaders across a dynamic, approximately 300-person professional services organization. Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team, you will also remain hands-on within a lean and collaborative HR function. Dedicated specialists currently oversee HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits, allowing you to focus on driving talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the organization’s talent management strategy, with a particular focus on performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and competency frameworks.
- Evaluate, refine, and modernize existing talent processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and capability frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, capability assessment, learning and development strategy, and employee relations matters.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, deliver compelling presentations, and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
