Talent Acquisition Analyst

Our client is a global alternative asset manager who is seeking an Analyst to join their Human Capital team in support of high-volume recruiting coordination/logistics and candidate data management. The role will report to the CHRO with daily support for a team of 5 recruiters.

The firm is seeking strong administrative/EA or HR/recruiting support experience in financial or professional services environments. In addition, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, professional communication skills, ambition and resourcefulness will be key to success in the role. The firm is in office 4 days a week.
