Talent Specialist
Our client, an award-winning financial services firm (700+ employees worldwide) is looking for a Talent Specialist to join their team in their Central New Jersey office. This is a newly created hybrid role (2 days on-site).
In this role, you’d be working closely with the Director of Talent and HRBP’s to manage key global programs like promotions, succession planning, training events, leadership development and be the operational engine behind key initiatives, ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and materials are clear, current, and actionable. This opportunity is well suited for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure and innovation to talent processes.
Key highlights of the role:
- Own and manage the end-to-end talent management calendar
- Coordinate programs like promotions, talent reviews, 360s, and mentorship
- Support training logistics, vendor coordination, and internal manager sessions
- Partner with stakeholders across HR to drive engagement and execution
- Bring talent frameworks and competencies to life across the business
- Help articulate and document the people strategy-updating guides, job aids, and frameworks
- Partner with HRBPs to implement org changes and support culture transformation
