Trading Recruiter

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Trading Recruiter to play a pivotal role in scaling talent acquisition efforts across Europe. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in high‑performance environments and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to shape long-term hiring strategies.

The role:

* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for trading and quantitative research roles

* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, sharing insights on market trends and talent availability

* Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent in competitive markets

* Build and maintain strong industry networks

* Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment

* Continuously optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire

What you bring:

* 3+ years of experience recruiting trading and/or quantitative research profiles

* Proven success in attracting top candidates – including those with multiple offers

* Strong communication and influencing skills

* Data-driven approach, comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment tools

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
