Our client is a well-established, highly respected financial services firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence and tenure. As we evolve and modernize our HR technology landscape, we are seeking a seasoned Workday HRIS Professional to help drive transformation.

Role Overview

This is a strategic and hands-on role for a Workday expert who will lead process design, configuration, and optimization across key HR modules. You will partner closely with HR leadership & The IT function to enhance system capabilities and ensure Workday is leveraged to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Workday process design and operations

* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement best practices

* Support ongoing Workday enhancements, releases, and integrations

* Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS-related projects and initiatives

* Provide guidance and training to HR team members and end-users

* Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy

Qualifications

* 5-10+ years of hands-on Workday experience

* Ability to define and map HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, promotions, terminations)

* Experience in mid-to-large organizations

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Ability to build and maintain standard and custom reports to support HR analytics, compliance, and decision-making

* Familiarity with testing configurations in sandbox environments

* Ability to iterate based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs

* Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to drive change
