What’s been happening in HR recruitment in Southwest England? Amy Eldred, Director, Southwest, spoke to Stephen Menko, Head of Regions, about the key trends in 2023 and what to look out for in 2024.
These include:
- The salary gap between London and the rest of England has narrowed significantly
- There are more fixed term contract roles, but these are hard to find candidates for as most people want a permanent role
- There are many more senior roles on the market
- Salary increases are particularly high at the junior level
