An industry leader in Sport is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to support a specialist division across UK and international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative HR team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, international HR operations, and the chance to contribute to meaningful people initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle
- Coach managers on ER matters, performance, and policy
- Lead onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes
- Support payroll, HRIS updates, and compliance
- Champion culture and contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with international teams and senior stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong HR advisory experience
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Confidence in managing ER cases
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Enthusiasm for the sports/ sports-entertainment industry
