Role: HR Manager
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 5 days in office (Monday – Thursday)
Compensation range: Up to $130k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a leading global investment firm with an strong reputation and culture. They are looking for an HR Manager to join their team and support a population of around 500 spanning across both operational and client facing business units. This is an amazing opportunity to get a ton of exposure and the business has been clear that they see this growing into an HR Business Partner role.
Reporting into a VP, HR, you will be responsible for:
- Handling payroll and benefits administration and being the point person for queries.
- Leading the on and offboarding activities
- Assisting with recruitment efforts including coordinating immigration/relocation processes.
- Managing the HRIS, Workday, and preparing reports/presentations for management.
- Working with the broader team on projects to improve processes.
- Supporting with the planning and execution of internal events.
Key requirements:
- 4-6 years’ experience in HR and within an HRIS/HRMS.
- Experience working within a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
