We’re seeking a highly capable and proactive HR Performance Process Operations Lead to drive excellence in performance management across a complex, fast-paced organisation. This role is central to aligning business strategy with operational execution, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery. This is a Bristol based role with hybrid working on a 2 year FTC.

You’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of performance management processes, using data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and deliver impactful change. Working cross-functionally, you’ll guide teams through process enhancements, champion best practices, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end optimisation of performance processes and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with HR Reporting to develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Act as the key liaison for process-related matters across teams and stakeholders.
  • Champion change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of Workday Performance.
  • Deliver training and promote digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in operations, performance improvement, or similar roles.
  • Proven success in process optimisation and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with compliance, quality assurance, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance tools.
